Data processed

Application form data (name, email, phone, property info), payment transaction data (via Stripe), emails you voluntarily provide for receipts.

Purpose of processing

Reviewing applications, contacting applicants, delivering receipts to guests, processing transactions, fulfilling legal and tax requirements.

Retention

Applications stored up to 24 months. Transactions — per accounting law (5 years). You can request deletion at any time.

Recipients

Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting). All GDPR-compliant.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data. Send requests to ivo@blsh.it. You can also file a complaint with the Latvian Data Protection Authority (dvi.gov.lv).
