Data processed
Application form data (name, email, phone, venue or event information), payment transaction data (via Stripe), emails voluntarily supplied for receipts, and a purchase reference when a venue operator asks for one (for example, a room, booking code, wristband, or table). Apple Pay data is not used for guest recognition.
Purpose of processing
Reviewing applications, contacting applicants, processing transactions, delivering receipts, fulfilling or delivering an order, and meeting legal or tax requirements.
Purchase reference
A reference helps a venue team connect an order to a guest context. It is not biometric recognition and does not come from a payment card or Apple Pay. An operator should ask only for a reference needed to fulfil the specific order.
Retention
Applications are stored for up to 24 months. A purchase reference is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil and reconcile an order, in line with the operator’s stated policy. Transaction records are retained under applicable accounting requirements.
Recipients and rights
Processing may involve Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting), and the relevant venue operator as order fulfiller. You may request access, correction, or deletion where permitted by applicable law; send requests to ivo@blsh.it.
